Toronto police say a mother and her three young children previously reported as missing have been found safe.
In an appeal for information released Monday evening, police said the mother was last seen at her east-end home early Monday.

Const. Rob Reid told Global News there were “no serious concerns for their safety” and that there was no suspected criminality in the disappearances, but that officers wanted to speak with the family to make sure they were OK after didn’t check-in.

Police issued an update later in the day to say the family was found safe and in good health.
