Correctional Service Canada (CSC) says an escaped prisoner is back in custody.
Carey Henry, 28, had been at large from the Saskatchewan Penitentiary west of Prince Albert since June 10. Following an evening count in the minimum-security unit, staff members discovered he was unaccounted for, CSC said.
When he escaped, Henry was serving a four-and-a-half-year sentence for failing to comply with his undertaking, obstructing an officer, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and several offences under the Traffic Safety Act.
