Police at 11 division confirm that Dufferin station has been reopened following an investigation into a suspicious package.
Police say they were called to Dufferin station shortly after 2pm regarding a box being dropped off at the toll area with a white powder like substance.

The powder substance found at the scene still needs to be analyzed at a lab, but tests on the scene showed that it is not a health risk or a public safety issue.
EMS says no one has been injured, but several people who were near the package at the time have been quarantined as a precaution.

The CBRN unit is there trying to determine exactly what the powder is.
Dufferin station has now been reopened to all transit commuters.
