The powder substance found at the scene still needs to be analyzed at a lab, but tests on the scene showed that it is not a health risk or a public safety issue.

EMS says no one has been injured, but several people who were near the package at the time have been quarantined as a precaution.

The CBRN unit is there trying to determine exactly what the powder is.

Dufferin station has now been reopened to all transit commuters.
