TORONTO – A woman in her 20s is dead after a stabbing in east-end Toronto overnight.
The incident happened at an apartment building on Broadview Avenue near Mortimer Avenue.

The victim was rushed to hospital without vital signs and was pronounced dead shortly after.
One male suspect is in custody.
Police tell Global News the death is being investigated as a homicide.
