Conservative Nelly Shin has won a tight race in Port Moody-Coquitlam.
Shin earned 16,588 votes, 333 more than NDP candidate Bonita Zarrillo. Liberal Sara Badiei finished with 15,409 votes.
The riding had been held by NDP MP Fin Donnelly, who decided not to run after 10 years in office.
The suburban Vancouver riding has seen Conservative, NDP, Liberal, and Reform Party MPs in the last 25 years, which means all the parties saw the seat as one to watch.
