KELOWNA, BC – A high profile Okanagan osprey family are expecting new additions.

The Fortis BC ‘Osprey Cam’ perched above Benvoulin Road has revealed two eggs in the nest.

In 2007, Fortis crews installed a special pole with a platform after the osprey built a nest dangerously close to power lines.

While egg spotting has always created anticipation, it has also created disappointment some years when the eggs either disappeared or failed to hatch.
