Two vacant units at the facility have already flooded and a government official says three more are in danger of flooding.

The youths are to be taken to other young offender facilities in the province, including Yorkton and Saskatoon.

The Water Security Agency has warned that the entire southern half of Saskatchewan will see above normal or well above normal run-off.

The agency says run-off is expected to be very high and flooding is likely in Regina.
