Donlevy is currently serving time in a federal correctional centre in Prince Albert, Sask., for a previous sexual assault conviction.
On Sept. 27, 2018, a Saskatoon judge found the 50-year-old guilty of sexually assaulting an intoxicated woman after she attended a bar with Donlevy. He was sentenced to three years in prison.
Donlevy is seeking an appeal of the conviction.
The woman filed her complaint with police after 11 others alleged Donlevy sexually assaulted them during massage therapy appointments between 2003 and 2016.
Saskatoon police laid the 13th charge following Donlevy’s conviction.
