A man is facing several charges after police made a drug bust during a traffic stop in northern Saskatchewan.
Pinehouse Lake RCMP said officers were on patrol March 8 when they stopped a man driving a quad.
He failed a mandatory screening test and was arrested for impaired driving, police said.
A search turned up 33.3 grams of crack cocaine, 15.8 grams of what police believe is crystal meth, a Taser-like device disguised as a cellphone, cash, and a scale.
John Pederson is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, impaired operation of a motor vehicle, possession of the proceeds of crime, and several weapon offences.
He remains in custody and will make his second court appearance on April 10.
Pinehouse Lake is roughly 515 kilometres north of Saskatoon.
