Police are investigating after a sword and guns were reportedly stolen from a business in Oro-Medonte.
On Saturday, Orillia OPP say, officers received a report that several guns and a sword had been stolen from a business on Line 3 North.
Police say the theft may have occurred as early as September 2018, but it was only realized in February when the owner retrieved his items from storage.

Officers say five rifles, one shotgun and one silver sword in a blue velvet case were taken.

According to police, the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
