Despite outshooting the Hamilton Bulldogs, 37-23, the Kitchener Rangers fell 5-3 at First Ontario Centre on Wednesday night.
The Bulldogs were up 3-0 by the midway point of the game, but goals by Mike Petizian and Riley Damiani got the Rangers back in it.

Logan Morrison scored for Hamilton late in the second on the power play.
Damiani scored again at the 15:10 mark of the third period, but Isaac Nurse sealed the win for Hamilton with an empty-net goal late in the game.
Luke Richardson made 18 saves in the loss.

Kitchener currently sit in fifth place in the OHL’s western conference with a record of 30-29-3-1.
They are back in action on Friday when they host the Erie Otters at The Aud at 7:30 p.m.
