A body found in the Welland Canal has been positively identified as a missing teen.
Quintin Bingley, 18, of St. Catharines, had been missing since May 2018.
Niagara Regional Police officers began scouring the canal in January, where the remains were found between Lock 1 and Lock 2.
Police say foul play is not suspected and at this time, the Bingley family has requested privacy.
