Bob Wingate was shocked.

“I thought they found the one that was stolen. But to my surprise, it was a new one,” he told Fox 4 News.

Fox reports the bike had been kept locked when he visited the supermarket, but when he returned he found his lock had been cut.

Cody wheels the new bike up to the home and presents it to Wingate, asking him to “see if that fits you.”

When he tries it out, he mentions the seat seemed a little high but once it’s adjusted by one of the officers, he says “that feels a bit more like it.”
