Disaster volunteers with the Red Cross arranged emergency lodging, meals and helped to buy winter clothing and basics for a woman and her adult nephew.

Other tenants were allowed to return home after smoke was ventilated from the 12-unit building. Some units may need additional cleanup from smoke or water damage.

No injuries were reported.
