Jeremy Roenick will no longer be a head table guest at this year’s London Sports Celebrity Dinner & Auction.
The former NHL star was booked to attend the 63rd annual fundraiser, but will no longer be able to attend due to a recent scheduling conflict.
“We know many people were looking forward to hearing Jeremy speak at the event and we are profoundly disappointed that Mr. Roenick will no longer be a part of this event,” said committee chair Ryan Robinson.
“Mr. Roenick has long expressed an interest in participating and we look forward to his attendance at a future event.”

Robinson says the committee team will work diligently to find a replacement and expects to have an announcement shortly.
Roenick, who scored 1,216 points in 1,363 NHL games, was the first of several guests to be announced. Robinson says other head table guests will be announced as the weeks roll by.
