Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for Waterloo Region and Wellington County.
The agency says that an Alberta Clipper would pass through the area and dump up to 15 cm of snow on the region.
The snow is expected to begin in the morning Monday and continue throughout the night.

It warns that the impending snowfall could affect the drive home Monday as well as the drive into the office on Tuesday morning.
There is already talk that a snow event will be declared by some cities in Waterloo Region.

The agency had also issued a warning early Monday about wind chills which could approach -30 C.
That warning was lifted at around 10:30 a.m.
