Vancouver police say a missing 76-year-old man with dementia has been located safely.
Police issued a bulletin for Francois Rodier after he disappeared near Nanaimo and Eton Streets in Vancouver.
Rodier has diabetes, and police said they were concerned because he had already missed several doses of insulin.

Police took to Twitter Wednesday afternoon to say Rodier had been found and to thank the public for their help.
