Cumberland County pedestrian struck by dump truck, airlifted Halifax hospital

A 39-year-old man was airlifted to hospital in Halifax on Monday after he was struck by a dump truck in Nova Scotia’s Cumberland County.

Nova Scotia RCMP say the collision happened around 7:25 p.m. along Kolbec Road in Kolbec, N.S., about five kilometres from Oxford.

The driver of the dump truck was not injured, according to police.
