Police say a Peterborough man faces numerous drug charges after purple heroin (heroin laced with fentanyl), cocaine and cash were seized during a vehicle stop on Thursday.
As part of an ongoing investigation, members of the Peterborough Police Service’s Intelligence, Crime Analyst, Asset Forfeiture and Drug Unit conducted a vehicle stop on Cameron Street.
Police say the driver was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine. During the search of the vehicle, police seized:

• 3.3 grams of purple heroin (heroin laced with fentanyl)
• 1.1 grams of heroin
• 7.6 grams of cocaine
• 2.5 grams of marijuana
• Weigh scales, cutting agents and a cellphone
Dustin Prindiville, 33, of Charlotte Street, is charged with the following:

• Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl)
• Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)
• Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (heroin)
• Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking (marijuana under 3 kg)
• Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
• Fail to comply with a probation order X2
He was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court later Friday.
