Kerri Fox lives at Romaine and Aylmer St. and didn’t realize her house was struck by the storm.

“Well were just sitting in and all of a sudden black things started going past our window, so we looked out and were like oh roof some ones came off,” said Peterborough resident Kerri Fox.

“So we were just watching TV and then someone came to our door and just like you realize half of your roof is over the street so we came out and started picking it up,” she adds.
