Hamilton Street Railway (HSR) is taking steps to ensure that customers can access real-time notifications.
The HSR has launched a new Twitter account, @HSRnow, as a way to inform its passengers of sudden changes in bus routes.

The city says the account will be “tweeting alerts as they happen, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”
HSR will also introduce a new mobile app that will allow customers to personalize specific routes, times, and stops. That is expected to launch later this spring.
