Laval police were called to investigate a suspicious fire that broke out Sunday night at a print shop in the Auteuil district.

Emergency services received the call about the blaze at the ClickImprimerie store on Boulevard des Laurentides around 11:00 p.m.

Due to suspected criminal activity, the fire department transferred the investigation to local police.

“It’s still too early in the investigation. We’re expecting more details to come out over the next few days,” said Laval police spokesperson Stephanie Beshara.

Nobody was in the building at the time of the fire, and there were no injuries.
