Three Cape Breton schools have received threats in the last two days with law enforcement agencies still investigating all incidents.
RCMP say that their officers received threats against Port Hawkesbury school on Thursday shortly before 1 p.m.

The Mounties say that they investigated the threat with the assistance of school staff but have determined there was no risk to the public.
The police say that the student who made the threats may be facing charges at a later date and the Mounties’ investigation continues.
On Tuesday Cape Breton Regional Police responded to Glace Bay High and the Oceanview Education Centre after two letters indicated a potential threat to the schools.

The two schools were placed on lockdown though that has now ended and students have been dismissed for the day.
One student was arrested for attempting to leave the school while it was in lock down, which is not permitted.
Police originally arrested the student for obstruction but was later released without charges.
Cape Breton police say they are still investigating but have determined that there is no risk to public safety from the threats received on Friday.
