A “hold and secure” has been lifted at three schools on Hamilton Mountain.
Hamilton Police say that follows the conclusion of their investigation in the area of Highgate Drive and Upper Centennial Parkway.
Police add that a 32-year-old Hamilton man with outstanding warrants was arrested in connection with that investigation. He faces charges of dangerous driving and flight from police.
The “hold and secure” started before 10 a.m. Thursday morning and through the lunch break at Saltfleet District High School, Gatestone Elementary School and St. Mark’s Catholic Elementary School in Upper Stoney Creek.
