The father who lunged at disgraced U.S. gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar during court Friday will not face any charges.

A special hearing was held in the Michigan courtroom for Randall Margrave after an outburst in court.

Two of Margraves’ daughters gave statements Friday and said they had been molested by Nassar. They said their sister had been as well.

After his daughters spoke, Margraves, asked the judge for “five minutes” in a locked room with “that demon.”

“I would ask you, as part of the sentencing, to grant me five minutes in a locked room with this demon,” he asked. “Would you give me one minute?”

“Just for the record, you need to know that I can give you a jail sentence. I could fine you up to $7,500,” the judge said. “I don’t want to do that.”

“I don’t know what it would be like to stand there as a father and know three of your girls were injured physically and emotionally sitting in a courtroom. I can’t fathom that.”

But she followed, “you have to understand this is a courtroom and where we enforce the rule of law. I cannot tolerate or condone vigilantism.”
