Champions were crowned in the Saskatoon Secondary Schools Athletic Directorate (SSSAD) football season.

The undefeated Holy Cross Crusaders were looking to make city high school football history by winning their seventh-straight 4A city championship.

In their way were the Centennial Chargers, whose only loss this season was to the Crusaders.

In 3A action, the Tommy Douglas Tigers and the North Battleford Vikings were looking to see who would advance to the provincial final against the Yorkton Regional Raiders.
