RCMP in Moncton looking for PEI man wanted on arrest warrant

Codiac RCMP in Moncton are asking for the public’s help in locating a 48-year-old man wanted on an arrest warrant.

Police say David Robert MacDonald, from Prince Edward Island, is wanted in relation to fraud and theft charges.

Police say Action Fasteners in Moncton was defrauded of a “significant amount of money” and several thousand dollars worth of tools were stolen between November 2016 and May 2017.

Police are asking anyone who conducted a business transaction with MacDonald and believes they may be a victim of fraud or theft to call them.

As well, anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact RCMP at 506-857-2400 or submit a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
