Langley RCMP investigate reports of shots fired

Langley RCMP say they are investigating after receiving multiple reports of shots fired early Sunday morning.

Officers were called to the the 21000-block of 79A Avenue just before 3:45 a.m.

RCMP have been on scene throughout the morning collecting evidence.

Police said they have yet to determine whether the incident was targeted or random.

No one was injured, but the area remains cordoned off.

RCMP do not believe there is an increased risk to the public.
