A man wanted for robbing a downtown Kingston bank was arrested in nearby Belleville on Monday.
52 year-old Michael Behan is accused of robbing the CIBC at Brock and Bagot Streets Wednesday afternoon.

Kingston police officers attended Belleville and returned Behan to Kingston where he was held to attend a bail hearing the following day.
Behan is charged with Robbery.
The incident led to a dramatic scene just a few blocks away as the Kingston Police Emergency Response Unit closed off a portion of Bagot Street while officers had their sniper rifles focused on an apartment building where Behan lived and was thought to be.
