Thanksgiving Monday means a holiday for most people in Hamilton and Burlington. Government offices, banks, many malls and retail stores, including the LCBO and Beer Stores, are all closed Monday.

Recreation centres, arenas, museums, libraries and the Hamilton Farmer’s Market are also closed, and there is no mail delivery or waste collection.

The HSR is operating on a Sunday/holiday schedule and DARTS is operating on holiday service hours.

Burlington Transit is on holiday service while GO Transit is on a Sunday schedule.
