The Ontario Provincial Police say speed and seat belt use were factors in a deadly single-vehicle crash on Highway 6 near Caledonia on Thursday night.
The OPP have identified the victim as 19-year-old Stephen Ormerod of Townsend.

He was killed when his vehicle rolled and entered a ditch near Fifth Line at about 11 p.m. Thursday.
Investigators say Ormerod was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
A section of Highway 6 was closed about seven hours for the investigation.
