A body was found in a burned vehicle in Saint-Laurent late Tuesday night.
Around 11:15 p.m. firefighters were called to the scene of a car fire and were quickly able to control the flames.
According to Montreal police spokesperson Raphaël Bergeron, a body was discovered in the car.

The incident took place on Vanden Abeele Street near St Francois Road.
Montreal police say a mechanical breakdown caused the fire.
