A Spruce Grove man has been charged after police received a report of an indecent act taking place “in close proximity” to a west Edmonton school on Tuesday.
According to police, officers responded to the area of 139 Street and 109 Avenue at around 11 a.m. after a man was reportedly committing an indecent act while sitting in a truck near Coronation School.
A photo of a man in a truck was widely circulated by Edmontonians on Facebook and police confirmed the social media sharing helped them lay charges after the suspect was identified on Wednesday.
Glenn MacDonald, 22, has been charged with committing an indecent act in public.
