A 61-year-old man is dead after an all-terrain-vehicle (ATV) collided with an oncoming tractor trailer on Monday night.
The collision occurred on on Nicolas Denys Road in Nicolas Denys, N.B., at 10:15 p.m.

The man, whose name has not been released, died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
The driver of the truck was not injured.

Police say that they believe speed and failing to stop at a stop sign are factors in the crash.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene and is assisting in the ongoing investigation.
