Red Deer RCMP have laid charges against a 50-year-old man accused of committing an indecent act in a busy parking lot.
Officers were called to the parking lot of a strip mall in south Red Deer just after 8:30 p.m. on March 28 after receiving reports a man was engaged in an indecent act in a parked car.

The man was gone when RCMP arrived, but officers were able to identify the suspect in July. He was then arrested on July 26.
Kurt Anthony Silk is scheduled to appear in court in Red Deer on Friday.
