The bodies of two men were found in Brossard around 11 p.m. Monday, according to Longueuil police spokesperson Jean-Pierre Voutsinos.
Voutsinos said the men appeared to have been shot and they were pronounced dead in hospital.

The bodies were found on Chemin des Prairies in Brossard.

According to Voutsinos, the incident is being considered as a double homicide.

“Any bit of information is crucial to this investigation because at this point we have no direct witnesses,” he said.
Police have established a command post and a portion of Chemin des Prairies was closed Tuesday morning.
On Wednesday morning, Longueuil police identified the victims as 21-year-old Mohamed Odeh and 23-year-old Kevin Paul.
Police also said the victims had no criminal records, but were known to police.
