Street closures are in place in downtown London as SesquiFest begins, the free five-day festival to celebrate Canada’s 150 anniversary.

The following street closures are in effect:
- Dundas Street is closed from Ridout Street to Richmond Street.
- Talbot Street is closed from King Street to Carling Street.
- Carling Street is closed from Talbot Street to Richmond Street.

Street closures will be in place until the festival is taken down on Tuesday, July 4 at 12 p.m.
Parking will be at a premium over the weekend, so event-goers are encouraged to take city transit, ride their bikes, or walk to the festival.

Organizers say SesquiFest will feature more than 50 musical acts, food trucks, free family activities, Ontario craft beer, and SESQUI, the touring virtual reality projection dome.
