Five people, including a child, were injured in a head-on crash in eastern Saskatchewan late Thursday evening.
Moosomin RCMP said they received a number of calls at around 11:30 p.m. CT of a car heading westbound in the eastbound lanes of Highway 1.

Responding officers came across a two-vehicle crash involving a car and a SUV approximately 10 kilometres west of Moosomin.
The man driving the car and four people in the SUV, a man, two women and a child, were transported to hospital with unknown injuries. There is no word on their current conditions.

Police continue to investigate with the help of a RCMP collision reconstructionist.
Moosomin is approximately 225 kilometres east of Regina.
