WINNIPEG — Winnipeg police’s homicide unit is investigating after a 28-year-old man died after being injured in the city’s North End.

Officers were called to the 500 block of Magnus Avenue around 11 p.m. Monday for reports of an injured man.

A 28-year-old man was found suffering from multiple serious injuries and was rushed to hospital in critical condition. He died from his injuries, police said.

Members of the police’s homicide unit are investigating. Detectives are interviewing several people.
