Are helicopters flying too low in Penticton?

Some Penticton residents say disruptions from low-flying helicopters are getting to be too much. And one man who lives near the airport is convinced the helicopters are breaking Canadian aviation regulations. And he says Transport Canada is deflecting the complaints. Neetu Garcha reports.
