There is still a chance for the 5-10 cm of snow by the end of Tuesday for areas east of Winnipeg. Winnipeg itself will likely see less than 5 cm with the majority of the snow falling in the morning. Meantime there is a risk of freezing rain and mixed precipitation west to Portage la Prairie.

Overnight across southern Manitoba there’s a risk of freezing drizzle but Tuesday morning commute will be by far the worst.
