TORONTO – Quebec and parts of the Maritimes are getting a lashing from superstorm Sandy after it moved through southern Ontario.
The destructive post-tropical storm is hitting parts of Canada with strong winds and heavy rain.
Forecasters say the sheer size of the huge storm is what sets it apart.
High winds claimed a life in Toronto when a woman was killed by a falling sign last night.
