WINNIPEG — The veteran hockey players and the new kids all take to the ice this Heritage Classic weekend.

The Edmonton Oilers and Winnipeg Jets alumni teams face off Saturday afternoon, followed by the current teams going face to face on Sunday.

It isn’t just about the game for fans, but it’s about the party surrounding the entire weekend.

The Heritage Classic fan zone just on Saturday alone has seen tens of thousands of fans donning jerseys supporting their favourite teams and players.
