Ward 10 is located in north Regina. It is bordered by Winnipeg Street to the east, Mccarthy Boulevard to the west, the city limits to the north and the Ring Road to the south.

The ward contains the Uplands neighbourhood, Lakeridge and Argyle Park, plus the shopping district along Rochdale Boulevard.
In 2012, Jerry Flegel reclaimed his seat from former Saskatchewan Roughrider Chris Szarka with 51.9 per cent of the vote. This was Flegel’s third time serving Ward 10.
