Edmonton police blocked off part of a central Edmonton street Thursday morning after a man was stabbed. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police were called at around 8 a.m., and officers could be seen investigating near a home in the area of 108 Avenue and 93 Street.
At around 10 a.m., members of the heavily-armoured tactical team arrived, carrying a battering ram.
The property was searched by police, but the Edmonton Police Service said no arrests were made and no charges have been laid. The stabbing victim was not cooperating with police, the EPS added.
