The Saskatoon Hilltops got back in the win column, downing the Edmonton Wildcats 53-16 on Sunday afternoon in Prairie Football Conference (PFC) action.
The Hilltops put 21 points on the board in the first quarter and never looked back.

Josh Ewanchyna rushed for 179 yards on 18 carries and also scored three touchdowns while Adam Machart added another 118 yards on the ground along with a touchdown.

Quarterback Jared Andreychuck completed 13 of 18 passes for 244 yards and three touchdowns.
Jason Price had five receptions for 125 yards and two touchdowns.

The Hilltops defence held the winless Wildcats to just one rushing yard in the game and only 251 yards of total offence.
With the win, the Hilltops improve to 3-1.
The Hilltops are back in action this Saturday when they take on provincial rivals the Regina Thunder (3-1). Game time is 7 p.m. at Saskatoon’s SMF Field.
The Wildcats take on the undefeated Edmonton Huskies on Saturday at Clarke Field. Kickoff is 7 p.m.
