The woman was able to provide a detailed description of the man, who fled north on Ethel Street.

An intoxicated man matching that description was quickly located on Fuller Avenue, attempting to hide from police.

A 52-year-old man from the North Thompson area was arrested and held overnight.

He faces potential charges of committing an indecent act.
