A 22-year-old man from the Baker-Brook area of New Brunswick has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Gordon Albert.
Police were called to Richard Road Friday morning and found a body outside of a cottage; they determined foul play was a factor in the death.
Gordon was 46-years-old.
Johnny Albert was arrested and then appeared in Edmundston Provincial Court Friday where he was formally charged with first-degree murder.
Johnny is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 1 at 9:30 a.m., according to the RCMP.
