A strange and potentially dangerous theft of a vehicle happened in the south end of Calgary Sunday morning.
A man hopped on a Calgary transit shuttle bus at Shawville Gate, while the bus driver was out having a bathroom break.
The man ended up driving it onto Stoney Trail and then to McKenzie Lake Boulevard and Cranston Boulevard, before he was spotted by the Calgary police HAWCS helicopter and later tracked down by a police car on the ground.
