Police lay drug trafficking charges against Prince Albert, Sask. man

The Prince Albert Integrated Street Enforcement Team (ISET) has laid drug trafficking charges against a 27-year-old man.

On Monday, ISET launched an investigation that resulted in a search warrant being executed at a local residence on Muir Drive.

As a result, police seized $5,300 cash and 28 grams of cocaine.

ISET said the street value of the cocaine is approximately $2,800.

The man has been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime exceeding $5,000 and four counts of breach of an undertaking.

He is scheduled to make his first appearance in Prince Albert provincial court on Thursday morning.
